Our review
Nosha's is a small, family-run healthy-food café and takeaway in the ICC Arcade off Main Street. It scores 4.4 on Tripadvisor from 11 reviews and is not on Google, so it is below the fifteen-review threshold and listed but not ranked. The reviews were re-read on 6 September 2026, but the newest is from March 2020, so the picture is old.
The offer reviewers describe is fresh, home-cooked healthy food that is hard to find among Main Street's pub grub: a choose-your-own salad bar and wraps, a chicken and quinoa salad, sweet-potato egg muffins labelled gluten free, low-carb and vegetarian options, heated in a microwave if you want them hot. Yvette and Raul are named as warm hosts, and several reviewers call it the best-value healthy food they had eaten.
The reviews also describe two sites. Between 2017 and 2018 several mention a newer Nosha's takeaway on Main Street itself, while the original at the ICC had outside seating; one 2018 regular felt the ICC branch had lost its variety and sparkle. Which is trading, and where, is not something six-year-old reviews can settle.
Price is the recurring quibble: fresh but a little expensive, and one 2017 chicken and quinoa lunch was so small the reviewer went elsewhere to finish eating, though another paid under £8 for two good lunches in 2016. The arcade location is tucked away with little seating, and one reviewer reckoned it would do ten times the trade somewhere visible.

Great healthy food
Nosha's is a great family run little restaurant which is great for salads and wraps. It is a little on the expensive side regarding their food, but you can tell it is all fresh and lovely. I do not mind paying a little more for the freshness and flavour. Will recommend always. Great place to eat especially on work lunch.more →

Absolutely fantastic
I eventually crossed Nosha’s of my bucket list and it was so worth it. The most amazing food at fantastic value. We loved it so much we kept returning during our 7 days chill out on the Rock. We both highly recommend that you visit at least once and if you are a day tripper make it part of your day. Great value for families too. Very friemore →

lovely Home Cooked Lunch
Came across Nosha's Express in Main street providing a wide range of home cooked tasty foods. Lots of different options available. We have tried a number of different dishes during our stay and enjoyed them all. Staff were friendly and helpful.more →

Real Healthy food
The new Nosha's takeaway in Main street serves proper home made really tastey healthy foods. Lots of different options, something for everyone whether you are a vegetarian or not, they cater for most. We have tried various dished and have enjoyed them all. Staff are helpful and pleasant However I would add that my family and myself prefermore →
