The Rock Salt Roof Top Restaurant is the rooftop pool café-bar at The Eliott Hotel on Governor's Parade. It has 3.0 on Tripadvisor from 2 reviews and nothing on Google, so with fewer than 15 reviews it is listed but not ranked. The reviews were re-read on 6 September 2026; the newest is from July 2025.
The two reviews disagree completely. The July 2025 one calls it very good for a pool bar: friendly staff, a menu that is limited as you would expect, very good food and reasonable prices. The May 2024 one found a messy terrace, a broken stool, an unsmiling server and overpriced everything, and left vowing not to return.

Great Option at the Eliott Hotel
The Rock Salt is the pool cafe at the Eliott Hotel. It is very good for a pool bar and the staff is friendly. Menu options are somewhat limited but this is to be expected at a pool bar. Food was very good and prices are reasonablemore →
