• Guides are the strength: named, funny, knowledgeable, easy to find at the terminal. That is what the five-star reviews are about, and the guide sub-score of 4.2 sits well above the overall.
• The overall 3.7 comes from everything else. Reviewers describe an uncomfortable minibus with weak air conditioning, confusion at the pick-up point about where and when to meet, and stops of twenty minutes each, which is not long at St Michael's Cave.
• Value for money is the lowest sub-score, at 3.5. For a two-hour minibus round of the same four sites, the walking tour and the standard minibus both rate higher and cost less.
• Several reviews are for a different excursion entirely (a train and boat day in Mallorca), which is a marketplace listing error rather than the operator's doing, but it inflates the count.
