Our review

Domino's Pizza in Gibraltar is the franchise with an eat-in room, at the end of the Landport Tunnel off Casemates Square. It scores 3.4 on Tripadvisor from 26 reviews and 3.7 on Google from 335, and the Index, weighing both, puts it at 3.7. The reviews were re-read on 6 September 2026, and the newest are from late August, so the picture is current, and it has got worse.

The old draw was the all-you-can-eat deal: unlimited pizza and refillable drinks for around £7 a head, ordered fresh from the counter, praised between 2016 and 2019 as excellent value with generous toppings and pizzas out in ten minutes. A pizza-and-drink deal still exists by a July 2026 account, but its rules are called unclear, and a March 2025 reviewer found them change on every visit until only one person could eat at a time. The upstairs room, the quiet terrace and a friendly staff member named Jesus still draw the odd five-star review.

The 2026 Google reviews are the worrying part. In August one customer cancelled after watching staff go from a cigarette break to kneading dough without washing their hands, and another was told there was no toilet for customers. In July two reviewers called the staff arrogant or incompetent, in March one was ill all night, in February one found the inside filthy with a rotten smell and something off in the pizza, and in January a vegetarian found meat on their pizza and had seen the same complaint before.

Cleanliness is not new: a 2018 review described the dirtiest eatery the reviewer had seen, and November 2024 found the upstairs smelling bad with no dips or napkins. Delivery has its own record, with a very late, wrong order in 2024, an order that never turned up in February 2026 and a cancelled order left unrefunded for weeks in 2021. Against all that, a few recent reviewers simply found the pizza good, if a bit expensive.

Come only if you want familiar pizza near the border and are prepared for a room that may not be clean; eat in rather than trust delivery, and confirm the deal rules before you order. Don't go
They change the rules for all you can eat every time we go there 1st time we could order any pizza then 2nd had to order a large then have 2 mediums after then the 3rd and last time we had to order a large but could only order 1 medium so only 1 person could eat at a time absolutely ridiculous and ruined the meal out Never going againmore →

Could be way better.
Quite disappointing. We ate in but the place was very dirty and the upstairs smelt bad. They could do a better job maintaining it. Food was okay but there were no dips either, and we also had to ask for tissue as there was none in sight. It’s a shame because I used to like this place but the experience as a whole was kind of a let down.more →

Funny, but not in a good way
Genuinely laughable. Ordered a pizza through a third party app and was given a delivery time of 1 hour. Called the ordering app after an hour and fifteen to be told Domino’ s run their own delivery. Called them and was told the order had already been sent out so no idea what happened to it but they would remake it. An hour and fifteen minmore →

Had pizza delivery which worked well.
Had a delivery after a long liquid lunch with friends ! The Extravaganzza and Hot Rock pizzas where very good. Timely delivery. Pizzas still 🔥 hot. Efficient. Pizza bases a bit too thick for me but great toppings and great service.more →

I ordered a take out pizza on delivery. The order was accepted and paid for. A phone call followed, asking if it was OK if they sent a different dip to the one I had ordered, to which I confirmed yes. However, as time went on, and no pizza appeared, I called the store. They told me they had cancelled the order, but no one knew why except more →

Absolutely vile. The kids that work here are disgusting: no hand washing between going outside for cigarette and kneeding dough. They don't wear gloves, hair nets or any protective gear at all; they're barely in their uniforms. Disgusting place, I cancelled my order when I saw the food hygiene standards.more →
