It is a bar first: a pool table one regular calls the best in Gibraltar, a couple of slot machines, a happy hour from five to half past seven, and enough seating with umbrellas to sit in the sun and watch the marina. It hosts events of all kinds, and one reviewer ran a drum and bass night here and describes it going smoothly.

The staff carry the reviews. Benji, the manager, is named more than anyone, recognised by returning visitors over several years; Christian's Long Island iced tea, Paula, Zara, Valeria and Samuel all get thanked by name. One reviewer mentions delicious food at a business event, but food is rarely the reason people write.

The caveats are specific. One June 2026 regular says they will not be back after a barman shouted at them; another the same month found the bathrooms dirty and blocked on a busy night; a May reviewer found service slow, especially for food; and a Polish visitor paid a lot for a cocktail missing its passion fruit.
