The cooking gets the credit first. Steaks are described as cooked exactly, a rib-eye called the best one partner had eaten, and the fish is praised with unusual precision: an August 2026 reviewer credits the chef, Nico, with a delicate touch and says the produce was of the highest standard. Sea bass, cod, clams, prawn and scallop ravioli, ribs, a meat longboard big enough to share, halloumi fries and a carbonara are all named, and portions are large.
