The World Trade Center branch of Costa is on Bayside Road by Ocean Village and scores 4.4 on Google across 43 reviews, Index 4.40, a notch above the Main Street branch. It is not on Tripadvisor. The reviews were re-read on 6 September 2026 and the newest run, from December 2025 to August 2026, is ten five-star reviews and one one-star.
The reviews are about a small team. Pablo and Aroa are named for a service one reviewer scores ten out of ten, and another says the staff remember the orders of a huge number of customers as if it were nothing. Fast comes up in English and Spanish, and one regular who has been to every Costa calls this one their favourite by far.
The coffee is praised on its own terms, with the cold brew called the best and a cappuccino called the best ever, and the little cakes get a mention. The one dissent, from December 2025, is a pair of flat whites made milk first with the coffee thrown in after, which tasted like a weak latte; that reviewer said they would not be back.
