JAD'S Corner

JAD'S Corner is a small Spanish and European restaurant and cocktail bar at Ocean Village. It scores 5.0 on Tripadvisor from just two reviews, and the listing has no Google page of its own, so that number is Tripadvisor's alone. With fewer than fifteen reviews it is listed on the Index but not ranked. The reviews were re-read on 6 September 2026; both are from late 2019, the newest from December that year.

Both reviewers were delighted. One had the best steak they had eaten in a long time, with great service and good value; the other called the food excellent and the cocktails better still, made naturally with fruit purée. The room is described as small, cosy and beautiful, glassed on all sides, with amazing views over the marina.

Two glowing reviews from the same two months nearly seven years ago are not enough to rank on, and the gap since then is long enough that the place may have changed hands, menu or name. Treat the perfect score as a pair of happy evenings, not a settled reputation.
