NAAFI Cafe is a small breakfast-and-coffee stop in Ocean Village, scoring 4.3 on Google across 19 reviews. It is not on Tripadvisor, so the Index of 4.30 rests on Google alone. We re-read the reviews on 6 September 2026 and the newest is from August.

The bacon-and-sausage bap is the thing. A daily regular describes it as hearty and fast, a visiting couple called it the best thing they ate in Gibraltar, and the bap-and-coffee deal at around a fiver is repeatedly called a bargain. Smoothies, a doughnut, an oat flat white and an iced americano all get good words, the money goes to a good cause, and it was open before half past nine on a Sunday when little else was.

Staff are mostly described as fantastic and welcoming, though not always: a February 2025 visitor found three staff rude and dismissive when asking to use the toilet, and a 2024 reviewer felt they were a bother.

The two newest reviews are the weakest. In June 2026 a lunchtime baguette was soggy with brown lettuce and went uneaten, and in August 2026 a £2.75 cappuccino was called milk-flavoured coffee, the worst the reviewer had drunk. Older regulars also note that the baps run out once the bacon or sausages are gone.
