Neha Curry House is a small Indian restaurant and takeaway on Governor's Street, up a side road off Main Street, with a few tables to eat in. It holds 4.4 on Tripadvisor from 20 reviews and 4.6 on Google from 241, which puts the Index at 4.60 on the strength of the larger Google sample. The reviews were re-read on 6 September 2026, with the newest from August.

The Google reviews of summer 2026 are consistently warm, and they name dishes. Mushroom masala, aloo gobi, lamb korma and rogan josh were 'fantastic' for one visitor who ate here every day of a stay; another went back twice in five days for the clearly labelled vegan options, the mock duck masala and coconut rice in particular; a third calls it the best curry they have probably ever had. Prices are described in English and Spanish alike as very good, the menu comes in both languages, cards are accepted, and one takeaway customer was in and out in three minutes. A 2025 Tripadvisor review chose it because one of the pair wanted Indian and the other Thai, and both are on the menu.

Naan is the one thing reviewers cannot agree on. The newest Google review, from late August 2026, says the food was much better than on the previous visit but the naan was poor, 'supermarket style', and asks the management to buy a naan oven; two months earlier a German reviewer called the garlic naan the best he had ever had, and a 2024 diner found it unrecognisable as naan. That is a dish-by-day question rather than a settled one.

Older dissent is about spice and service: a March 2025 pair found the curries bland with no heat at all, and a 2024 group in the annexe next door met slow drinks, wine in a beer glass and average food. The room is basic, the Christmas decorations were still up in June, and the waiter speaks English only, which a Spanish reviewer flagged. None of that has recurred in 2026.

Come for well-priced, freshly cooked Indian food, especially the vegetarian and vegan dishes, whether to eat in at a plain table or to carry back to a flat.
