Our review
The Bottle Shop is a wine shop with a bar on the Ocean Village promenade. It scores 4.8 on Google across 25 reviews, Index 4.60, and is not on Tripadvisor. It is a shop first. Reviewers talk about the breadth of the wine list, the sherry, the spirits and the IPAs added in 2025, at prices more than one calls unreal or simply cheap for what they are. The owner, Manolo or Manuel depending on who is writing, is the reason people return: attentive, knowledgeable, with a recommendation that lands and, by one account, good taste in music.
Food is tapas of the ham and cheese kind, limited and very good; a bottle of red with cheese and biscuits is the November 2025 order. There is a terrace, which one reviewer values for cigars, and the room itself is very small. One party went three nights running the week they found it.

We legit love this place for a chilled wine night. Prices are unreal, the whole vibe is low-key perfect, and the owner knows exactly what he’s doing — super professional and genuinely helpful.
